Price per one minute call depends on the value of the dial-up card. The cheapest call rates are with the card of 400 and 1000 CZK (Czech koruna). We’ll provide you with the free of charge phone number, which you can use for calling from any fixed-line phone or public city phone.

We offer 5 types of dial-up cards: 150 Kč, 300 Kč, 400 Kč 500 Kč and 1000 Kč.

On buying please make sure that the plastic package and the protection coat are not damaged.

• The user is responsible for PIN code safekeeping and for any losses that may be caused by unapproved use of PIN code.

How to call with the dial-up card:

• Dial free of charge phone number 822 22 11 00
• Enter your PIN code
• Dial Country code + city code + phone number and then press #
• For the following call, don’t ring off, just press 2 times *
• If you made a mistake in entering of PIN code or phone number, press *.

Comments:

• This service requires a telephone with the function of tone dialing,
• Please enter all the figures without long pauses. You can start entering immediately, without waiting for the end of the voice system instruction. Also you can use speed-dialing service to avoid entering of free of charge phone number and PIN code every time you use your mobile phone or home phone.
• Our system uses second charging and it will fix and charge off units from your card in accordance with the existing tariffs.
• PIN code can be used only by one user at the same time.
